Monitoring pauses until you choose a plan. Your reports are kept for 30 days, and we email you two days before the trial ends.
Yes, from the Billing tab in your account. An upgrade starts straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of your month or year. A downgrade starts when your plan next renews, so you keep everything you've paid for until then. If you watch more domains than the smaller plan allows, remove a few first.
No. KT8 Digital Limited is not registered for VAT, so there’s no VAT on our prices. We sell to businesses only, so before your first payment we ask for your business name, address and tax ID, and we check EU VAT numbers with the EU’s VIES service. Outside the UK, the reverse charge applies and you account for any VAT in your own country. Your receipts show your business details. See our terms.
Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like, and your plan runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for.
