DMARC reports

See who sends email as your domain

Get your own DMARC report address. We read every report Gmail, Microsoft and others send, explain in plain English who is sending as you and what to fix, then guide you safely to blocking fakes.

Everything in your reports, in plain English

DMARC reports are long XML files written for machines. We read them for you and tell you what each one means for your domain.

Your own report address

Each domain gets its own address. Put it in your DMARC record and every report lands with us, not in your inbox.

Who sends as you, by name

Google, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Amazon SES and more than 25 other services, recognised from their servers and signatures.

What passed and why

For every sender: how many emails passed DMARC, and whether DKIM and SPF matched your domain.

Clear steps to fix it

"Turn on DKIM in Mailchimp" with the menu to find it in, or "This server isn't yours: leave it failing".

Upload reports you already have

Drag in .xml, .xml.gz or .zip report files from your inbox and get the same answers straight away.

A safe rollout plan

Start by watching, then send more and more fake mail to spam, then block it. Each step only goes green when your real senders pass.

A nudge when it's time

We email you when your domain is ready for the next step, with the exact record to paste. A weekly summary is there if you want it.

Private to you

Only the account that proved the domain is theirs can see its reports. We keep what we read for 13 months, then delete it.

Works with any email service

Google, Microsoft 365, Fastmail, Proton or KT8 Mail: the reports come from the mail providers you send to, so nothing changes where your email lives.

From watching to blocking fakes, safely

Going straight to "reject" can block your own newsletters and invoices. This is the path we suggest for a new domain, about three months in all.

  1. Watch only

    p=none

    Weeks 1 to 4. Nothing is blocked; the reports show who sends as you.

  2. Spam folder for 25%

    p=quarantine; pct=25

    Two weeks. A quarter of failing mail goes to spam.

  3. Spam folder for 50%

    p=quarantine; pct=50

    Two weeks. Half of failing mail goes to spam.

  4. Spam folder for all

    p=quarantine

    Two weeks. All failing mail goes to spam.

  5. Block

    p=reject

    From about month three. Fake mail in your name is refused outright.
