Common questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on the job. Every project gets a fixed quote up front, so you know the full price before we start. Your Cloudflare costs stay the same as for any KT8 Mail install, and you pay Cloudflare directly.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Tell us what you want in everyday words and we'll handle the technical side. We'll explain anything you need to know as we go.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It runs on your own Cloudflare account and we hand everything over at the end.

We use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Can you help us move?

Yes. We can set up KT8 Mail on your domain and bring your old email across, then switch over when you're ready so nothing goes missing.

Will it still get KT8 Mail updates?

Yes, where possible. We'll tell you up front if a change you ask for means updates need a bit of extra care.
