Refund policy

In short: try KT8 Tools free first. If a plan isn’t right for you and you’ve barely used it, ask within 14 days and we’ll refund you in full. You can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged again.

Plans

First 14 days: email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of a yearly renewal, and we’ll refund it in full as long as you’ve used no more than a free trial’s worth: 20 runs of each tool.
Otherwise: cancel at any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you’ve paid for and isn’t renewed. We don’t refund plans you’ve used beyond that, or part-used months.

Credits

Credit packs you haven’t started using can be refunded in full within 14 days of buying them.
Once you’ve used some of a pack, the rest stays on your account for 12 months to use on any tool.

When something goes wrong on our side

If a tool you’ve paid for doesn’t work and we can’t put it right, or we retire it, we’ll refund the unused part of your plan or credits. Runs that fail on our side are given back automatically.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@kt8.com from the address you sign in with, or use our contact page. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
