In short: use KT8 Tools on websites and domains you own or look after, don't use them to attack or spam anyone, and cancel whenever you like. These terms cover KT8 Tools and the paid plans and credits on kt8.com/tools/pricing/. KT8 Mail, KT8 Blog Builder and Installs.dev are free software you install in your own Cloudflare account and are covered by their own licences.
kt8.com is run from the United Kingdom by paulobrien.com (“KT8”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@kt8.com or through our contact page.
Only test websites, domains and email addresses that you own or have permission to test. You must not use KT8 Tools to:
If you do, we can suspend or close your account. We'll tell you why unless the law or a safety reason stops us. You can report misuse on our abuse page.
A free trial lasts 14 days and includes a set number of runs of each tool. No card is needed. When the trial ends the tools lock until you choose a plan or buy credits. Trials start straight away once you've confirmed your email address. We can end a trial that breaks these terms, and we limit how many new trials start each day.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
We work hard to keep KT8 Tools accurate and running, but test results are a guide, not a guarantee, and the tools may sometimes be unavailable while we fix or improve them. You can see live service status on our status page. We may change or retire a tool; if we retire one you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the unused part of your plan or credits.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why. We never sell or share your data unless the law requires it.
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we’ll email you before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
