One set of rules for everything KT8 makes. Use our products for honest work on websites, domains and email you own or look after, and never to harm anyone.

Seen something harmful? Email abuse@kt8.com with what happened, the link or website involved, and when you saw it. How to report abuse.

Everyone, on every product

You must not use KT8 Tools, Short links, KT8 Mail, KT8 Blog Builder or anything else we make to:

KT8 Mail and KT8 Blog Builder

If the rules are broken

We can switch off the link, test, key or account involved, and close accounts that keep breaking the rules. That includes stopping installs and updates from your KT8 account. We’ll tell you why unless the law or a safety reason stops us, and we pass on reports to Cloudflare or the authorities when we have to. These rules sit alongside our terms of service and privacy policy.

If someone is using one of our products to harm people, please tell us. We read every report, and you don’t need an account to send one.

A harmful short link

If an 8t.uk link leads to a scam, phishing page or malware, report it on 8t.uk/report. If several different people report a new link within a day, it is switched off straight away until we have looked at it.

Not sure where a link goes? Add a + to the end of it to see the full address before you visit. How we keep short links safe.

Someone misusing our products

For example, using the mail tester to check spam before sending it, or running the speed test or DNS checker against a website over and over. Email abuse@kt8.com with the website or email address involved and roughly when it happened.

A message pretending to be from KT8

We will never ask for your password or payment details by email. If you get a message like that which uses our name, forward it to abuse@kt8.com and then delete it.
